  • Jazz from 7:00 -8:15 p.m. This jazz class incorporates movement from an array of jazz techniques. From classical Broadway jazz to disco to more contemporary jazz forms, we'll dance through decades focusing on proper movement technique, strength and stretch and fundamental jazz movement, all with a focus on feeling good about your style.

Thursday

  • Body Conditioning from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. This is a total body conditioning class interspersed with short cardio intervals for maximum calorie burn. We will target arms, legs, and abs in equal increments using body weight resistance exercises. Please bring a mat and or a towel.

Friday

  • Ballet from 10:00 – 11:15 a.m. Ballet has captivated audiences for centuries.  Using technique as a liberating force, ballet helps to develop self-expression through movement.  Classes begin with barre work and progress to center work and across the floor. Learn the basics of ballet at your own pace to get the ultimate full body workout. Improve your posture, balance, coordination, and muscle tone while lengthening and working muscles to their fullest potential.
  • Yoga from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. This all level vinyasa class will generate heat in the body and free the mind to focus inward on the breath. The class will end with a 10 minute savasana/guided relaxation. With regular practice, awareness between the body and breath will deepen as will an overall sense of serenity, compassion and belonging. Please feel free to bring your own blocks, strap, bolster and blanket.
  • Ballet from 6:00 – 7:15 p.m.
