Fishkill Farms, 9 Fishkill Farm Road, Hopewell Junction, NY 12537. The drive to this farm from Chappaqua is approximately 50 minutes. Advance reservations are required and social distancing rules are in effect. You can make reservations at their website. Call 845-897-4377 for updated information.
Lawrence Farm Orchards, 306 Frozen Ridge Road, Newburgh, NY 12550. Open from 9-4 daily. Their strawberry picking is up and running. You do not need a reservation but are required to wear a mask. Jones Family Farm, 555 Walnut Tree Hill Road, Shelton, CT 06484. Strawberry picking is underway. Online reservations are strongly recommended. Call the Farmer Jones Crop Line at 203-929-8425 before heading over. The drive to this farm from Chappaqua is about one hour. They have two locations where you can pick strawberries. Mead Orchards, 15 Scism Road, Tivoli, NY 12583. Mead Orchards is open for strawberry picking on Monday to Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The drive to this orchard is approximately 90 minutes from our area. Ochs Orchard, 4 Ochs Lane, Warwick, NY 10990. Strawberry picking is underway. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
