We have in-person pilates classes in Croton on Hudson, and an entire virtual studio, complete with virtual privates, virtual group classes, virtual strength training, and birth preparation.

Our company has 6 instructors total, including pilates teachers, (all pre/postnatal certified), birth and postpartum doulas, and personal trainers. We are trained in diastasis recti repair, C-section recovery, as well as pilates for menopause and osteoporosis.

We have various price points, ranging from $100 from a virtual private, to $33 per in-person group class, to $22 for virtual group classes. Our company is inclusive of everyone and our classes are judgement free and are taught based on the clients in class that day.

3. Created an amazing sense of community - Lisa’s classes have a fun and communal vibe. She really brings people together. I’ve made great friends, gotten incredible parenting tips, neighborhood recommendations and referrals and more through her classes.
