Jessica Calabro, owner of Just Desserts By Jess was inspired to create Top This in 2022 when she moved to her new location.
The minute she stepped into her new space, she knew exactly what to do with the additional room. Back in 2021, she hosted a local Girl Scout Troop to help obtain their baking badge. The enthusiasm of the Girl Scouts sparked the idea to eventually host children’s birthday parties.
As a veteran Pastry Chef having worked in Westchester’s most exclusive venues and running a custom cake business for 10 years, she hopes her new venture, Top This, will inspire the next generation of Pastry Chefs.
