Grandma Needs A Nap! On Sunday, September 8th at 2 p.m. head to the Village Bookstore in Pleasantville for a special Grandparents' Day Celebration.
Local author, retired professor and teacher, Dr. Marie Z. Amoruso, showcases this tenderly illustrated family picture book with its animated DVD of a day when grandma babysits.
Grandma Press LLC celebrates Grandparents with a series of events beginning on Grandparents’ Day September 8th and throughout the fall season at local Bookstores. Grandma Needs a Nap! story is told, suggested activities are highlighted, books are signed, an artist engages small children and grandparents in an intergenerational art project providing a magical moment for the entire family.
