Are you a Westchester County family looking for great spots to catch Fourth of July festivities and fireworks?  Macaroni KID Armonk - Chappaqua - Mount Kisco - Pleasantville has rounded up a variety of events with fireworks all around Westchester County.  Fireworks events are listed in date order below.

The Westchester County Outdoor Movies and Concerts Summer 2024 Guide is brought to you by Cr8tor Incubator.

 All fireworks shows are weather dependent. Summer 2024 schedule:

  • Thursday, July 4th at 9:00pm (special July 4th show)
  • Saturday, July 6th at 9:00pm
  • Saturday, July 13th at 9:00pm
  • Saturday, July 20th at 9:00pm
  • Saturday, July 27th at 9:00pm
  • Saturday, August 3rd at 9:00pm
  • Saturday, August 10th at 9:00pm
  • Saturday, August 17th at 9:00pm
  • Saturday, August 24th at 9:00pm
  • Saturday, August 31st at 9:00pm (Labor Day weekend)

June 29th  

Pound Ridge 

4:30 - 9:30 p.m.
Due to space constraints, walking is encouraged.  A shuttle is available from Pound Ridge Elementary School.

Lewisboro

 The Town Board is so pleased to present and bring back a fun filled day of entertainment and fireworks to the residents of the Town to celebrate Independence Day.  Come out and enjoy the fun and excitement and be among family, friends and neighbors.  Don't forget your blankets, chairs and flashlights.

July 2nd 

White Plains High School 

550 North Street, White Plains, NY

Enjoy entertainment including music and inflatables, as well as food, prior to the fireworks display

July 3rd-6th 

Rockland Boulders

Ticketed events. Start times vary.  Post-game fireworks.

Hudson Valley Renegades   

Ticketed events. Start times vary.  Post-game fireworks.

July 3rd 

Kensico Dam, Valhalla 

The annual Music Fest and Fireworks event at Kensico Dam will take place on July 3rd.  Admission and parking are free, and carpooling is strongly suggested due to limited space.  Lawn chairs or blankets and picnic baskets are recommended. Enjoy pre-concert entertainment including a DJ and the FDR Drive Band at 7 p.m.  Fireworks begin at 9:15.  

Louis Engel Park, Ossining

Music, food trucks, beverages and FUN at Louis Engel Waterfront Park with the kickoff to summer fireworks show. Summer concerts are 7:00pm-9:00pm, however for the July 3rd Fireworks the shows are at 5:00pm and 7:30pm.

Reis Park, Somers 

This Somers residents (and their guests) annual event includes a hot dog eating content, basketball tournament, food trucks and live music leading up to the fireworks show.

July 4th  

Harbor Island Park, Mamaroneck

The Village of Mamaroneck Fire Department will host their 2024 Firemen’s Carnival at Harbor Island Park from Thursday, June 27th through Saturday, July 6th. Highlights of the fair include the annual Fireman’s Parade on June 28th at 7pm – held along Mamaroneck Ave to Harbor Island Park, and a spectacular fireworks display on July 4th at dusk – approximately 9:15pm. (Rain date for the fireworks is July 5th.)

Pierson Park, Tarrytown  

Kids zone, live music with KickStart Charlie, and food trucks.  It is strongly recommended that you take the train as parking is limited. 

Peekskill Riverfront 

Following the City of Peekskill Parade starting at 10:30 am, enjoy more festivities at the Riverfront Summer Concert series. See First Class Dance Band, and 8-pice ensemble, perform top 40 hits followed by a fireworks display around 9:15.

Red, White and Boom Legoland, Goshen

Celebrate July 4th at LEGOLAND® New York Resort’s Red, White & BOOM! event featuring our unique fireworks extravaganza*. Join in on all the fun! Watch the fireworks transform into LEGO® bricks, dance to live music, build with LEGO, eat some themed foods, watch shows & more! All event activities are included in regular day admission. *Weather Permitting

Spark the Sound, New Rochelle

The annual Music Fest and Fireworks event at Kensico Dam will take place on Monday, July 3rd.  Admission and parking are free, and carpooling is strongly suggested due to limited space.  Lawn chairs or blankets and picnic baskets are recommended. Enjoy pre-concert entertainment including a DJ and the FDR Drive Band at 7 p.m.  Fireworks begin at 9:15.  

Walkway over the Hudson, Poughkeepsie  

General admission: $25

Be sky-high 212 feet up on the Walkway Over the Hudson to enjoy a festive fireworks display over the Hudson River.

July 6 

West Point

Bring a blanket and picnic and watch the Army's oldest band perform patriotic tunes as you enjoy a world-class fireworks show. Music begins at 7:30 p.m. Raindate July 7th
