James M. Carroll Park is relatively small yet includes a playground, baseball field, paved walking trail around a pond, and a stage for community events. The swinging benches and picnic tables are fun features for gathering. The playground has one play structure and a sandbox with two diggers in it. The playground is set back from the street, and the pond does have a post fence around it but use caution with young children.
