Fishkill Farms is a 270-acre apple orchard and vegetable farm located in East Fishkill, New York, that has been in the Morgenthau family for over 100 years. Our homegrown organic vegetables and eco-certified fruit can be found year-round at our farm store and through our seasonal pick-your-own operation, as well as our CSA program and several farmer’s markets in the Hudson Valley and New York City. Starting with peas and strawberries in the spring and culminating with apples and pumpkins in the fall, the farm provides family-friendly outdoor fun for the local community.
Reservations are required to participate in pick-your-own.
Whether you’re coming from near or far, having a reservation ensures there is enough fruit in the field and parking available for when you arrive.
Pick-your-own reservations are per group of 1-5 people, they are not per person. Pick-your-own reservations include admission for up to 5 people and a designated fruit quantity.
Summer Reservation Posting Schedule:
Summer fruit, particularly berries, ripen in waves. They are incredibly weather-sensitive and availability changes quickly. This means to provide the most accurate reservation availability, we can only post reservations roughly 3 days in advance.
- Reservations for the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) are generally posted on Thursday evenings
- Reservations for Tuesday & Wednesday are generally posted by Sunday evening
- Reservations for Thursday and Friday are generally posted by Tuesday evenings
Fall Reservation Posting Schedule:
The heart of apple season is in September and October. Because apples are our largest crop, we can safely open up two months of reservations in advance. Apple season reservations typically open up around mid to late August.
