Expression Dance and Wellness Center in Cortlandt Manor offers dance and wellness classes for babies ages 6+ months through adults. This summer, weeklong camps are available in July and August, as well as evening classes for kids.
The summer schedule of classes offer include Rockin' Babies, Dancin' Diapers, Tiny Dancers, Kids Yoga, Ballet/Lyrical, Jazz/Hip-Hop, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Adults, Body Sculpt, and Dance Fitness. Special Needs Dance and Movement is also available, as well as mindfulness classes and open gym times. Birthday parties, special events, and unique programming can also be reserved.
