Reis Park is located adjacent to the Somers Public Library with free, easy and ample parking. It neighbors tennis courts and fields with bathroom facilities. There is plenty of natural shade and shaded areas including a pavilion.
The large playground area is mostly enclosed with fencing in the back and split rail fence along the front. Within the larger space is a fully enclosed smaller playground for the under 5 crowd. There are multiple play structures from a variety from improvements over the years - a small wooden one with climbing features, two large and multi-level metal structures with slides/climbing/sound stations and then in the toddler area there are also two structures one for slightly older toddlers and a colorful smaller one with a slide for younger again. There are many bucket swings, bench swings and two adaptive swings.
