Scarborough Presbyterian Children’s Center is a developmental pre-school. It is our belief that children grow and learn when they are free to observe, explore, and actively engage in activities at their own developmental levels and pace. We recognize that children learn through play. Summer Camp Our seven-week camp program is organized for toddlers and children up to five years of age. The morning camp program runs from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon. The LunchBunch program extends the day by 1 hour, until 1:00 pm. The extended day program extends the day by 2 hours with pick up at 2:00 pm. The children will enjoy LunchBunch (children bring a bagged lunch) and additional playtime. Our camp provides a warm, nurturing, child-centered environment, in which children play actively outdoors, create crafts, splash in water tables, run through sprinklers and build friendships. Each week will have a special theme, such as Ocean & Beach, Camping & Nature, or Zoo & Jungle Animals. Children also enjoy camp-wide activities such as treasure hunts, pajama day and an ice cream party!
