Creative Hearts is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing creative enrichment programs for children ages 3–12 in the Hudson Valley. Through hands-on, process-based experiences, we create meaningful opportunities for children to explore, imagine, and grow in a nurturing environment. Our programs are designed to meet children where they are and support families in a variety of settings. We offer: - Preschool programs - After-school classes - Summer camp - School partnerships - School break camps - Birthday parties & mobile classes Our programs support whole-child development by nurturing mental, physical, emotional, and social growth. Through hands-on, open-ended experiences, children build imagination, curiosity, focus, problem-solving skills, and persistence while strengthening motor skills, coordination, sensory awareness, and dexterity. Our classes also support emotional regulation, flexibility, patience, and self-connection, giving children tools to manage feelings and challenges with confidence. Through collaboration and shared creative experiences, children develop empathy, communication, teamwork, and meaningful connections with others. In all of our classes we are driven by our mission to cultivate creativity and skills while providing a well-rounded foundation for life. Every moment is used to teach empathy, compassion, confidence, and love. We recognize that each child is intelligent, caring, and capable. We have faith in their abilities and provide tools for teamwork, problem-solving, and self-motivation, allowing them to practice these skills independently. Recognizing that every child is unique, we adjust our approach to each child's needs. We celebrate and love each person as they are to provide a loving, supportive, and joyful environment, fostering the good in each child.
