Downtown Chappaqua Halloween - Postponed until Nov. 1

Description

Calling all ghosts and goblins, pirates and princesses! New Castle Residents are invited to trick-or-treat at your favorite local BOO-tiques. This fun, family event will feature lots of candy, fun characters & giveaways. Streets will be open to traffic, so children must be accompanied by adults.
