Celebrate spooky season at Trailside Nature Museum at Ward Pound Ridge Reservation in Cross River, Saturday, Oct. 28, at 1 p.m. for its Spooktacular Oktoberfest.
All attendees are welcome to wear Halloween costumes; children’s activities include trick-or-treating, the Haunted Sugar Shack, a petting zoo, snacks, and more. Children’s activities end at 6 p.m. Bring cash for photos and pony rides. The event’s Oktoberfest section will feature live music and food trucks including Captain Lawrence, Bona Bona, and more.
