Westchester County Guide to Recurring Library Programs

Read to Rover, sing along, move to music, bring the baby, and more in Westchester County Libraries!

By Kelly Fitzpatrick and Joanna Venditto September 5, 2024

Westchester County is home to a well-loved and well-resourced library system. Our local libraries offer so much to our communities from books, to museum admission, special events, free activities, and on-going programs.  When you are looking for a special way to bond with children, or looking for quality things to share with caregivers, the Westchester County Library system is a great place to look.  Searching by location, program, and suitable age can be time-consuming for busy parents.  We have done the research to save you the time so you can have your choice of library program.  From story times, baby classes, book clubs, and more, our Westchester County Community Guide to Recurring Library Programs has you covered.

Would you like to bring this guide to readers? Email kellyfitz@macaronikid.com for more info.

Please note: Not all libraries have recurring programs.  We have listed all the libraries in Westchester County so you can also search special programs.

Libraries are listed in alphabetical order.  Please be sure to check library websites to confirm classes and programs prior to traveling.  All programs have been researched as of our publishing date, but daily changes are not reflected.
