KidStrong is a milestone accelerator for kids walking through 11 years old. We help parents discover their child’s superpowers and build future-ready kids who are confident in making friends, run the playground, and raise their hand high in the classroom. In other words… kids who will win at life! We do this by giving parents the tools to build stronger kids at our centers and at home:

• Private training centers run classes with custom equipment and KidStrong-Certified Coaches for KidStrong members
• Online Access to Experts and Training Programs for parents and kids to continue making progress at home

Steffi Nossen Dance Studio was founded with the philosophy that dance is for everybody and develops the mind, body, spirit, and character.  Recreational and pre-professional programs are offered in the White Plains studio.  

The Steffi Nossen School of Dance will host a Free Week of Dance September  September 23^rd – 28^th. Join us for a great opportunity to to try a new dance class or reconnect with a dance style you’ve always enjoyed. There’s a class for everyone from 18 months to adult.  Choose from Parent & Toddler, Creative Movement, Modern,  Ballet, Tap, Jazz or our new , exciting AfroBeats , a fun, upbeat class where traditional African dance meets infectious Afrobeat music and movement. UMAC programs have a strong focus on personal development. The foundations of our morals, values, and core character traits are formed in our early years. For this reason, the programs at UMAC are an essential way to enhance the growth and personal development of young students of all ages.

Martial Arts Programs at UMAC serve children as young as 4 years old, all the way through adulthood.  We also offer an after-school program from pre-school through 8th grade.
