Our indoor go-kart racing locations, including our Mount Kisco location in New York, allow individuals to race every day of the year, regardless of weather. Ninja is an obstacle based sport that requires athletes to use upper body power, grip strength, balance and agility to conquer unique and challenging course designs.  With roots in parkour, climbing and gymnastics, ninja training develops well-rounded athletes with a wide range of technical skills and overall strength.  Join us at The Grit Ninja to discover all the benefits and fun of this exciting and innovative sport!

Multi-Sports extracurriculars

KidStrong is a milestone accelerator for kids walking through 11 years old. We help parents discover their child’s superpowers and build future-ready kids who are confident in making friends, run the playground, and raise their hand high in the classroom. In other words… kids who will win at life! We do this by giving parents the tools to build stronger kids at our centers and at home:

• Private training centers run classes with custom equipment and KidStrong-Certified Coaches for KidStrong members
• Online Access to Experts and Training Programs for parents and kids to continue making progress at home

We believe everyone should feel like they belong wherever they chose to adventure. We’ve been building communities around climbing since 1994, and we know it’s not about physical feats, it’s about having fun and feeling included! Steffi Nossen Dance Studio was founded with the philosophy that dance is for everybody and develops the mind, body, spirit, and character.  Recreational and pre-professional programs are offered in the White Plains studio.  

The Steffi Nossen School of Dance will host a Free Week of Dance September  September 23^rd – 28^th.
